Job Title: Clinical Registered Dietitian 13 Week Assignment
Company: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential for renewal.
Work Schedule: MondayFriday Full Time (Option for 410hr shifts or 58hr shifts per week)
Position Type: Communitybased geriatric care

Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Pay Package: $per week for 40 hours/week
- Eligibility: Based on qualifying for the position and allowances
- Inclusiveness: Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances

Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic charting systems
- Experience in general nutrition education (e.g. weight management cardiovascular disease diabetes etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and followups for patients
- Document patient assessments goals and interventions in the medical record
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
- Work independently demonstrating expertise without constant supervision
