Position Overview:
As the National Sales Manager at our client you will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and market expansion across the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans building managing and tracking a sales team managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with clients within the pastry and bakery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in alignment with company objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead hire mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team providing guidance and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals.
Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities analyze market trends and develop plans to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development/R&D and other departments to align sales efforts with product offerings and marketing initiatives.
