ACES has an open position for a Human Capital Manager to support the Cyber Academic Engagement Office (CAEO) by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and revise policies procedures and communications. This role involves cultivating university engagement through outreach initiatives leveraging relationships with academic institutions and military colleges and supporting the application review and selection process. The specialist will also implement and administer workforce development opportunities leveraging scalable lessons learned from various cyber workforce programs. Ongoing DoD365 admin responsibilities and assistance with content management user training and troubleshooting issues will also be part of the responsibilities for this position.

OPPORTUNITY
- Work Location: Mark Center (Arlington VA) 3 days per week for only 8 hours per week rest telework

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products.
- Assist in the development or revision of CAEO policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate university engagement through outreach initiatives to foster DoD and academic collaboration in crosssector cyber IT and cyber operations.
- Leverage established relationships with National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAEC) Senior Military Colleges (SMC) VICEROY and National Defense University (NDU) to host community of practice meetings.
- Share program successes and review lessons learned to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide support and expertise in facilitating the application review and selection process.
- Collaborate closely with the client or organization responsible for managing the applications to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.
- Support the implementation and administration of workforcewide development opportunities to encourage program success.
- Leverage lessons learned from programs such as the Cyber Workforce Rotational Program Cyber Information Technology Exchange Program (CITEP) and Cyber Service Academy (CSA) to enhance the cyber workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 10 Years of general experience.
- Strong background in human capital management and policy development.
- Experience in developing and revising policies and procedures within a large organization.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the application review and selection process.
- Understanding of workforce development programs and initiatives.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
