ACES has an open position for a Cybersecurity Data Analyst to play a critical role in developing and supporting analytics to enhance the Departments understanding and reporting of its cyber workforce. This position involves integrating analytics with existing reporting requirements studying compensation trends and supporting the tracking of cyber personnel and positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analytics a deep understanding of labor market surveys and expertise in cyber workforce dynamics. Ongoing DoD365 admin responsibilities and assistance with content management user training and troubleshooting issues will also be part of the responsibilities for this position.

- Education/Experience: Masters degree in field related to tasking and 12 years of relevant experience or bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 14 Years of Relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing analytics that support statutory and policy reporting requirements for the Cyber workforce.
- Ensure the integration of new analytics with existing reporting systems and requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytic findings to support decisionmaking processes.
- Conduct ongoing studies and analysis of cyber compensation trends in both the private and public sectors.
- Utilize commercial labor market surveys and departmental workforce data to assess compensation trends.
- Evaluate the potential impact of compensation trends on the Departments ability to recruit and retain personnel in key cyber mission areas.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings to inform workforce planning and policy decisions.
- Develop and maintain analytic capabilities for tracking cyber personnel and positions.
- Monitor workforce metrics to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and uptodate tracking of cyber workforce data.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support workforce management and strategic planning.
- Qualifications:
- Masters degree in field related to tasking and 12 years of relevant experience or bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 14 Years of Relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL PowerBI R Python).
- Knowledge of cyber workforce dynamics and trends.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
