We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.
Job Role
Job Role
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content including text images and videos tailored to each social media platform's audience and best practices.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback responding promptly to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and brand identity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field with proven experience managing social media platforms for brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including their respective best practices algorithms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and onbrand content.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve social media performance
