Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process including posting job advertisements screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all files are accurate and uptodate.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and other HRrelated matters.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide support for employee relations initiatives such as disciplinary actions or conflict resolution.
Requirements:- Saudi National Candidate required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
