Job Description
- Manage all financial aspects of construction projects ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial guidelines.
- Develop and oversee project budgets forecasting financial needs and ensuring financial planning aligns with project timelines and goals.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports statements and analyses to stakeholders ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain project cash flows optimizing financial resources to support project operations and minimize financial risk.
- Conduct regular financial audits ensuring adherence to internal controls regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.
- Collaborate closely with project teams senior management and external stakeholders to provide financial insights support decisionmaking and address financial queries.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and policies that enhance organizational efficiency profitability and sustainability.
- Lead and mentor finance teams fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement in financial operations.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities developing mitigation strategies to safeguard project finances and enhance financial performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in financial management implementing improvements as necessary to optimize financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Construction Industry with a strong understanding of financial practices within this sector.
- More than 7 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role in Gulf countries particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Immediate availability or able to join with a notice period of 15 to 30 days.
- Expertise in financial auditing budgeting planning and cash flow management specific to construction projects.
- Strong presentation skills capable of effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in generating comprehensive financial statements and reports adhering to local regulations and international standards.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
