Tasks
- Provide efficient and friendly technical support to our Germanspeaking clients resolving hardware and software issues onsite or remotely.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals ensuring all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and troubleshoot complex problems making sure solutions are found quickly and effectively.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new workstations and ensure all users have the necessary tools and access for their roles.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions helping us to improve our service and identify recurring issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in a Deskside Support role or similar technical support position preferably within the technology information and internet industry.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms and devices.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
