• Responsible for delegating projects to team when applicable, reporting status of project to Sales Processes & CRM-tools Director. • Owns day-to-day PO received management for the applicable region, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies • Advises on approval processes, approves exceptions as necessary • Acts as point of escalation for regional deal-related matters • Assists to interpret contractual language and escalate to ensure deals comply with revenue recognition and operational policies • Manages complex deals from concept to booking, including deal structure, quoting, pricing, and partnering with the Order Management team to ensure the deal is correctly booked. • Maintains and enforces agreed upon departmental review and approval SLAs • Manages Deal Desk Administration Specialists team responsible for assisting sales in navigating complex internal and/or external requirements to structure mutually beneficial agreements with prospects and customers. Enablement: • Creates and Monitors the Deal Desk channel to provide assistance and advice on complex One MI deal questions and advanced Quote to Order approved related matters • Can administers sales training programs to the organization's sales trainees and personnel. • Responsible for training and onboarding new Deal Desk Hires • May assist Sales Enablement Team in developing sales training programs and plans, including company sales training manual and materials.
