What you can expect
Be accountable to shape and implement an improved operating model for the Payment
Acceptance business across our CEE markets covering all customer segments.
The project topic is in its starting phase. This phase includes stakeholder alignment fine
tuning of requirements contribute to the setup of a proper implementation structure and
other topics related to project initiation.
For the final picture the following must be considered:
o Setup an agile working environment aligned with business and IT ensuring
innovation and effective operation.
o You will work closely with the Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the
Product Backlog including definition of epics / user stories and preparation of an
implementation road map.
o You manage interdependencies and keep track of risks and impediments.
Assure handover into the respective teams that will be defined in this project.
What you bring to the table
Experience with steering complex and multimarket change initiatives covering both
technical and people aspects.
Work experience in Agile Methods
Broad overview of Card/Payment Acceptance organization bestpractices and industry
standards.
Soft skills
Proactivity; Curiosity; Responsibility; Ideas & Confidence.
Structured working approach and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills in English to negotiate with different stakeholders.
German is appreciated but not mandatory.
