Associate Solicitor- Catastrophic Injury

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Handling a caseload of claimant Serious Injury claims predominately RTAbased with values ranging from £150K to over £10m.
  
• Delivering excellent client care to those who have experienced traumatic and lifechanging events.
  
• Supporting Senior lawyers with leadership and motivation of the team.
  
• Conducting regular technical and case reviews providing feedback and mentoring.
  
• Communicating with clients and meetings with a multidisciplinary team of experts.
  
• Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability causation and quantum.
  
• Drafting documents including statements pleadings and schedules of loss.
  
• Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
  
• Optimising client settlements.
  

• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx. There are numerous roles within our clients expanding team so our client will be interested in speaking with NQ solicitors upto Grade A.
  
• Proven experience dealing with serious injury claims
  
• Commited to delivering excellent client care.
  
• Excellent communication skills including negotiation and objection handling.
  
• Accountable for achieving objectives in a fastpaced environment with high work quality standards.
  
• Competent with case management systems and a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
