Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that will contribute to the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Assist in creating and managing marketing budgets
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and media outlets
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with overall company goals
Assist in creating and executing digital marketing initiatives including social media email marketing and website content
Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures presentations and advertisements
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats
Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Excellent communication organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics)
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
