Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience endtoend.
- Reviewing customer activity anticipating customer needs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Travel for inperson meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
Requirements:
- Fulltime bachelor degree or above no major limitation.
- Must have 10 years business development experiences in between these industries: Banking and Fintech B2B.
- Must have 5 years experience in banking.
- Experienced as VP or similar role in any Fintech that handling B2B segment.
- Prefer direct selling experience to distributors in the supply chain.
- Must have proven track record of making sales and meeting sales KPIs.
- Must have good communication and relationships building skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
