Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends target audiences and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events trade shows and webinars including logistics promotion and followup activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales design and product development to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases managing schedules and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics Hootsuite Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO SEM and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
