Job Description:

• Project Leadership: Lead marketing projects and campaigns from initiation to execution ensuring timely completion of each project phase.

• Strategic Planning and Coordination:

  • Define project goals and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop target breakdowns budget plans and product communication strategies.
  • Establish clear project objectives and align them with overall marketing and sales strategies.

• Performance Review and Optimization:

  • Organize regular postlaunch reviews with the sales and marketing teams to track goal achievements.
  • Analyze project outcomes and derive insights to improve future marketing initiatives.

• Operational Support:

  • Assist internal teams in managing local contracts with agencies and oversee the shipment of seeding samples.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities without barriers.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketingrelated roles.
  • Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns is advantageous.
  • Experience within the smartphone industry is a plus.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong project and campaign management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proactive in recommending changes and improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
