Responsibilities :

• Lead & oversee engineering projects at construction sites.
• Manage all aspects of project execution ensuring adherence to timelines budgets quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams supervise onsite activities serve as the primary point of contact between engineering office & construction site
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget in collaboration with the project team Coordinate project activities.
• ensuring efficient use of resources & timely completion of milestones Implement project control mechanisms to monitor & report on project progress Oversee daytoday construction activities ensuring they align with project specifications and timelines Supervise & manage onsite personnel subcontractors vendors Address & resolve any onsite issues or challenges promptly Implement
• Enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets established standards & specs Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings & project requirements
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies & procedures
• Collaborate with safety officers to identify and mitigate potential hazards onsite
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients keeping them informed about project progress changes challenges Foster positive relationships with stakeholders addressing their concerns.
• Ensuring client satisfaction Monitor project expenditures against the budget identifying & addressing any deviations Implement costsaving measures without compromising project quality.
• Prepare & submit regular project status reports to the engineering office & other stakeholders Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs change orders asbuilt drawings
• Identify & address project issues promptly collaborating with the engineering team to find effective solutions Mitigate risks & proactively manage changes to avoid delays

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related experience: 710 years
• Availability to work on site in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering projects
• Openness to relocating to Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques tools.
• Excellent leadership communication skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure & solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards & regulations
• English language
