We are a small startup working in the staffing industry.
We have been working in a contingency model so far and we are creating this new position of Business development manager in order to have someone more experienced with the sales side of recruitment who can help us create our Business development department and advise us on best practices.
Ideally you will have experience in recruitment sales and will be able to help us find new clients and retained searches. You will be able to manage and train your sales team. You will be handling only the sales side of things as we have recruiters to fulfill the roles that you will get us.
DUTIES:
Identify and prospect potential clients using various methods such as cold calling email campaigns etc
Convince them to work with us trought telephone and video presentation appointments and meetings
You will acquire open positions from new customers as well as existing customers and discuss the precise requirement profile of the candidate
Create custom recruitment agreements
Negotiate and close deals by yourself.
SKILLS:
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in agency recruitment
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Strong negotiation skills
