Role Description
We are actively seeking a remote Sales/Marketing and Leadership Executive. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and successful candidate with a steadfast commitment to personal growth. In this role you will propel the companys expansion by identifying new business prospects executing strategic plans running social media marketing campaigns fostering customer relationships and providing exceptional leadership as part of our global team of gogetters. Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in business
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion including conducting prequalified interviews and lead conversion
- Deep commitment to personal development with tailored training modules for continuous growth
- Active participation in weekly training staying updated with industry trends while maintaining worklife balance
- Strong curiosity for ongoing learning education and growth with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and team members
- Experience in ecommerce digital marketing and/or international business is a plus. Full training provided
- Possess a growth mindset driven and highly curious about achieving business and personal success
- Resilience grit and bigpicture thinking are essential
