Junior Java Developer
Reports To: Senior Java Developer/Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and a passion for learning and growing within the software development field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of Javabased applications.
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to deliver highquality software solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Perform tasks delegated by Senior / Development Manager
Perform tests and inspections coordinate with fellow developers and identify any errors or inconsistencies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Very good understanding of Java programming language and objectoriented programming principles.
Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate is a must.
Familiarity with a frontend framework / library such as React / Angular is a must.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is a must.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to details.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
