Position: Guidewire Practice Manager (SME)
Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Guidewire functional specifications and/or story card for PolicyCenter configuration.
Bring in thought leadership and provide solutions to align the solution aligned with OOTB best practices Conduct product gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Provide subject matter expertise in Personal Property / Auto / Umbrella lines of business.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of PolicyCenter solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for endusers.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in insurance and Guidewire platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Guidewire platform with Extensive handson experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation. 10 years of experience in Insurance projects
Strong understanding of Personal Property Personal Auto or Personal Umbrella lines of business.
Proven track record of leading successful PolicyCenter implementations from inception to postproduction support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Guidewire cloud certification(s) preferred.
