Finance Test Lead

Position Title: Finance Test Lead

Location: Remote (Based in Portugal) with some travel to Lisbon or the UK

Requirements:

• Very good understanding of finance processes and systems.
• The ability to ask questions and challenge existing processes.
• Experience in finance across various organizations with an understanding of good practices and standard processes.
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams including BAs and developers to effectively collaborate and perform necessary scenarios.
• Capability and confidence to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the system fully understanding and engaging with it.
• Experience leading a team of 35 testers on existing test runs.
• Ability to scope testing for new finance projects and help refine the overall finance testing offering.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
