• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT security monitoring in industrial environments.
• Deep understanding of OT protocols and technologies including SCADA PLCs DCS and ICS.
• Proven experience with security monitoring tools such as SIEM IDS/IPS and endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically about cybersecurity risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP GICSP or OSCP are highly desirable.
• Experience with threat intelligence analysis threat hunting and penetration testing is a plus.
