Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and deliver outstanding user experiences • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and develop implementation plans • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high performance and reliability • Optimize software applications for maximum speed and scalability • Maintain and improve existing software systems by identifying and resolving issues and bugs • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development • Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to deliver software solutions that align with business goals and user needs • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a fast-paced, agile development environment • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript • Experience with software development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular) • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Passion for software engineering and a strong desire to stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends Pay: 2000.00 BD - 4000.00 BD
