TN - Certified Surgical Tech - Days On Call

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Certified Surgical Technologist(CST). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Elizabethton TN 37643

Assignment Start Date: 7/29/2024

13 Week Days 8hour shifts 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have 3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A current valid TN State Certified Surgical Technologist is required
• BLS/BCLS certification is required

EMR System: EPIC knowledge/experience is preferred

Shift: Days 07:00 am to 03:30 pm oncall is every 4th weekend. And 1 day a week for 3 weeks of the month and 2 days 1 of the weeks.

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation are required. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs. Must complete the compliance documents by the deadline.

Radius rule: Travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area. Please include the profile skills checklist and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2. Copy of Drivers License with permanent address 3. Nursing License # and state of issue 4. Copy of utility bill with candidate name and permanent address Please put it all into one PDF

Additional Shift information: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
