Company Description
Tarabezah is an application that helps its users find suitable hangout places and reserve their table. With a wide range of choices, Tarabezah allows users to search for restaurants, lounges, and cafes and instantly reserve a table. The app is user-friendly, up-to-date, socially aware, and aims to satisfy customer demands. Users can also earn promotions when reserving at venues that collaborate with Tarabezah.
Currently, Tarabezah is available in Amman, Jordan, with plans to expand to the rest of the Middle East.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager located in Amman. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts, creating and implementing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to track and monitor account performance.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in business planning and strategy
- Customer service abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
