As an HR Admin Executive you will play a vital role in managing and supporting the HR & Admin activities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations implementing HR policies and procedures and promoting a positive work environment.
1. Administration (60%):
- Ensure facility and offices (HCM HN & LA) upkeep maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions and keep the office clean.
- Manage & arrange the meeting room office car taxi suitably booking & control vendors service for travel stationery office tools & equipment F&B etc.
- Supplier management:
Search contact negotiate sign and carry out the service contracts and handle arising issues during the execution.
Settle monthly payments under the terms and conditions in the signed contract and the Companys payment process.
Update the monthly reports for office admin cost control.
2. HR (40%):
- In charge of recruiting juniorlevel positions.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
- Organize the induction and corporate training programs.
- Hold the internal activities adapting from Ricoh Group and ESG.
- Be involved in Iso reassessment or renewal.
- Ad hoc assigned by Team Leader
Requirements
- Preferred experience in a similar position in the multinational environment
- Proficiency in English verbally and in written.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint. etc.)
- Ability to handle multitasks and work under high pressure.
- Good communication skills teamwork and good working manner
- Be diligent responsible keen on details accountable with integrity.
