Due to significant commercial growth in this sector WSP Central Europe is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Business Development. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager based in Central Europe.

In this role you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our companys core values: solidarity a passion for largescale and complex projects and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.

YOUR NEW ROLE WHATS INVOLVED

  • Support in the development and maintenance of the Central Europe Business Development Plan (CEBDP)
  • Support E BD Leaders becoming their main focal point by coordinating and tracking the CEBDP implementation.
  • Research gather record and maintain pertinent information about each market prospect and organization lead lists tradeshows etc..
  • Support track and feed the Global Client Program for Central Europe Operations.
  • Market research and development of commercial development strategies (target sectors key services target clients etc.).
  • Assessment of key market players (e.g. contractors designers etc.).
  • Preparation of personalized marketing materials connecting Clients needs to WSP Capability and capacity.
  • Support for the preparation of reporting to the CE Executive Committee.
  • Support in Identification and tracking of opportunities as well as studying delivery models and client/partner evaluations.
  • Networking and attendance at industry events and informative meetings with the different Operations/Countries.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor or Engineering/Business Master Degree.
  • Experience in the engineering/consultancy sector.
  • Experience and commercial skills in marketing evaluating opportunities preparing offer.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

  1. Telephone interview: Well start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
  2. HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
  3. Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
