Position Summary:

Our esteemed client is a leading mechanical Construction firm based in Qatar specializing in Oil and Gas Petrochemicals and Utilities Industries solutions for the Oil & Gas Sectors. Our client is looking for a Construction Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects within the EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and Oil & Gas domains along with additional certifications that should be preferably required from the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on construction methods mechanical systems and piping design.
  

• Invigilating that all construction activities adhere to industry standards safety regulations and project specifications.
  

• Lead and manage all onsite construction activities including coordinating with various departments subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  

• Supervise daily construction operations manage construction teams and oversee the Engineering Procurement and Construction phases of EPC projects.
  

• Ensuring that engineering designs procurement strategies and construction activities are integrated and executed effectively. execution of construction tasks from start to finish.
  

• Utilize indepth knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry to manage project requirements regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  

• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules ensuring that all construction activities are planned executed and completed on time and within budget.
  

• Implement and oversee quality control procedures for construction work ensuring that all activities meet project specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Manage the design installation and inspection of piping systems. Ensure that piping solutions are effective reliable and comply with all relevant codes and standards.
  

• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress including status reports budget updates and risk management. Address project milestones technical challenges and solutions.
  

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Construction Management
  

• Minimum 10 15 years of experience in construction management within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors with substantial experience in mechanical and piping systems.
  

• Additional certifications related to EPC or Oil & Gas construction management are a plus.
  

• Familiarity with industry standards codes and regulations related to EPC and EPIC projects.
  

• Proficient in developing and managing construction plans schedules and resource allocation using industrystandard project management tools.
