About the Company

Our client is a wellestablished public listed property developer that also diversified into other complementary businesses and joint ventures.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out effectively all necessary accounting and finance activities including daily banking matters periodic tax estimation (CP204) payments AR reconciliation etc.
• To prepare the full set of management accounts including audit & tax schedules cashflow statements income statements balance sheets.
• To liaise with other departmental staff bankers auditors and tax agents for financerelated matters.
• To draft audit reports.
• To prepare periodic tax computations.
• To prepare/assist on annual/semiannual budgeting.
• To manage proper filing and documentation works.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 45 years of relevant working experience preferably in an investment holding company.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Attention to details.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
