Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Executive you will build and maintain strong client relationships ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking and a proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles develop sales strategies and achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation networking and relationship building.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and sales activities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Employ a valuebased selling approach to clients and channel partners.

Qualifications:

  • Native German
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • EU Citizenship or German Residency Card
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both Account Manager and Tech Sales
