We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales
- Candidates from following backgrounds are prefered:
- Insurance/financial sales exp. defence experience
- Sales Background any industry Defence experience
- Defence Exservicemen
- Insurance Sales history of adaptability to new business avenues
- Pure defence family back ground(Current Serving personnel)
- Looking for immediate joiners
- CTC Bracket: upto 10 LPA
- Loaction: Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
You are responsible for:
- Recruitment of Agents & Advisors(A&A) and Officer Rakshaks
- Officer Rakshak(OR) & Agent Development
- Meeting Business goals
- Unit Prospecting
- Cantonment Mapping
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop various sources of OR and A&A hiring and build a team of Agents
- Ensure product knowledge by ways of training
- Field demonstration(FODs) & Product Presentation to Defence Personnels
- Work closely with ORs & Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
