Job Description:

• Planning: Defining the programs governance and controls and planning the program
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could negatively impact the programs outcome
• Time management: Ensuring projects are completed on time to meet business goals
• Resource management: Tracking the use of funds hours and other resources and allocating resources to projects
• Budgeting: Proposing a budget for the program and ensuring projects stay within it
• Monitoring progress: Ensuring projects are on track to meet their goals
• Stakeholder management: Satisfying stakeholders while staying within the projects boundaries
• Communication: Communicating clearly and persuasively with people above and below them in the organization including project managers and higherups
• Tools: Well versed with tool like Jira Confluence and reporting Dashboard. Well versed with tool like Jira Confluence and reporting Dashboard.
