Alternate Job Title: Technician I Service Operations
Responsibilities:
As the Technician I Service Operations you will be a key contributor to the success of the Global Robotics Service and Support Service Operations team. You will:
- Organize and maintain lab cleanliness and product movements.
- Assist in technical troubleshooting escalation management failure analysis and system performance inspections for the Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) global service operations and regional service teams.
- Perform various duties in electronic mechanical electromechanical and/or optical areas.
- Conduct testing troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment components devices and systems.
- Follow schematics engineering drawings and verbal instructions.
- Operate equipment conduct tests and report data in specified formats.
- Perform calibration alignment checks adjustments modifications and part replacements as directed.
- Manage inventory movements and new/returned product management.
