Job Description:
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
- Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
- Identifying prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
- Carrying out regular feedback analysis competitor position market survey and formulated action plan.
- Organizing sales promotional programs & participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
- Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
- Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability timely distribution etc.
- Channel Sales (Dealers Network) Secondary Sales Support Market Analysis Potential clients survey & Targets Achievement.
- Sales generated & Clients increased Business increased.
Education Qualification:
- 3 to 8 years of experience.
- Any Engineer MBA Marketing preferred
- Should have the basic Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Should be aware of the trial process of various products like cutting tools Files / HSS Drills / Abrasives etc.
- Should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
- No issues in handling operator level peoples.
- Excellent analytical skills to logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends Competition Pricing etc.
- Result oriented Decision Making & Business Acumen and Analysis of Data.
- Excellent communication Presentation and interpersonal skills
