We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves interacting with highnetworth individuals understanding their needs and providing exceptional service that reflects the luxury standards of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries concerns and feedback.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and highquality service to clients addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate project updates progress and relevant information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints and issues with a proactive approach ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • FollowUp: Conduct regular followups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to address any emerging needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and overall client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and project management teams to align customer service efforts with overall business goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and feedback using CRM software.
  • Events and Networking: Participate in client events open houses and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote the company's projects.
Candidates Profile :
  • Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Experience: any experience in customer service preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Salary : 2.4 to 3.6 4 LPA Plus benefits
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and customercentric attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
