Position: Store Manager
Location: Sligo
This is your opportunity to join a progressive international retail organization who currently have more than 3000 stores worldwide. Due to their continuous growth Teamworx have the pleasure of recruiting motivational Managers to join them on their journey of expansion in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
- Hands on approach to lead and train your team.
- Ensure store process are adhered to day to day.
- Recruit and train your new colleagues while continuing to help develop your current team members.
- Ensuring a profitable store meeting targets and working to KPIs
- Create a positive working environment in store by empowering your team through motivation and development
