As a Software Development Engineer you will be collaborating within an Agile team environment to define design develop and ship new features with a team of developers. You will be responsible of ensuring that the code is well structured maintainable and of high quality. If you are the Team Lead you are required to provide guidance and mentoring team members and working with support to help resolve escalated issues and support sales and service engineers. You will also be developing CI/CD pipeline testing automation framework automating build & deployment processes. You will be involved in each phase of SDLC and working in an Agile team following Scrum process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analysis of requirements and technological applications
- Development and testing of application based on assigned story
- For Team Lead you are to lead a small team and endtoend SDLC
- Ability to effectively communicate technical topics to product owners stakeholders and delegate tasks to other team members (For Team Lead position)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science Information Technology or related technical discipline
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in application development with PL/SQL C CC Angular and Java are preferred (with Unix platform). For Team Lead you should have at least more than 5 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of appropriate data & software components data flows exception and error handling security etc.
- Knowledge of database technology such as Oracle is a must
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed teams
- Experience with automation for testing continuous integration code coverage and build processes

Excellent Knowledge of Card Products (Credit/Debit/Prepaid). Excellent Knowledge of Cards Certification with MCI/VISA/AMEX. Excellent Management, Organization, Communication and Presentation skills. Good Experience in interacting with Customers and Managing Customer Defects. Good experience in Functional, Performance, System Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing. Good knowledge of SQL, PL SQL, Database. Excellent Technical Skills in : JIRA, Confluence, SoapUI/REST API, Unix, VISA/MCI/AMEX simulator. Preference: Availability: Immediate is a plus. Good Knowledge of Powercard solution is a plus. Good Knowledge of Vision Plus solution is a plus. Good Knowledge of the development cycle and programming language is a plus. ISTQB Certification is a plus.
