We are seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional clientfacing acumen. Youll excel at analyzing performance data identifying actionable insights and developing strategic Google Ads campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Shopping. You will ensure client success by combining your handson approach and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ecommerce PPC accountsbalancing indepth strategic analysis for hightouch clients with efficient optimization practices for smaller accounts.
• Develop actionable diagnostics and focus on creating a prioritized list of worthwhile tactical optimizations for every account under your care.
• Manage and optimize highperformance Google Ads Shopping/P Max campaigns and product feeds.
• Conduct advanced keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting opportunities.
• Implement Smart Bidding strategiesPerformance Max campaignsand navigate other complex features to drive superior results.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover impactful insightscrafting compelling reports and presentations that drive tactical decisionmaking.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate insights into actionable recommendationsearning their trust through concise explanations of complex PPC concepts and securing buyin on the execution of those optimization strategies.
• Partner with internal teams on innovative optimization strategiesproviding guidance and direction down to team members you delegate to.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven paid search experience with an emphasis on ecommerceagency experience preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads Shoppingkeyword researchand feed optimization.
• Proficiency in Exceldata visualization toolsGoogle Analyticsand other relevant reporting platforms youre a data storyteller at heart!
• Outstanding communication and presentation skillsboth written and verbal complex ideas become clear and concise in your hands.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment and build rapport across digital channels.
• Current Google Ads Certifications in at least two specializations.

Requirements

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or client visits (estimated less than 5% of work time).

• Time Zone: Elumynt is based in Central Standard Time and requires your virtual presence between 9:30am and 4pm.
• Time Commitment: Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Time Tracking:Reliable use of time tracking tools to log work hours with accurate task and client details.
