Civil Project Manager Land Development

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to be supporting a leading highly accoladed Civil Engineering firm in Arizona with their requirement for a Civil Project Manager Land Development.

This is a pivotal role within the team where you will assist in managing a variety of exciting projects ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes prepare comprehensive cost proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Create manage and monitor project budgets schedules and resource allocations to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and proactive engagement.
• Supervise mentor and support team members in their professional growth and project responsibilities.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project phases to deliver highquality results.
• Apply extensive technical expertise and civil engineering knowledge to address project challenges and requirements effectively.
• Utilize advanced technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D to develop designs for land development projects.
• Demonstrate strong judgment organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of project management to achieve excellence in client service and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 8 years relevant experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or the ability to obtain this within 3 months
• Demonstrated experience planning organizing supervising and coordinating technical work to the highest of standards
• Proven track record of successful client interaction including initiating contacts negotiating contracts ensuring client satisfaction and securing referrals
• Civil3D knowledge and capabilities a plus
