Construction Project Manager

Our valued client a leading construction company is seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a degreed professional (Bachelors degree required) with 515 years of experience to play a key role in the success of our industrial and commercial projects including those utilizing tiltwall construction methods.

As a Construction Project Manager you will:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
  
• Collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  
• Develop detailed project schedules manage budgets and implement costsaving strategies.
  
• Procure and manage all materials equipment and labor resources.
  
• Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications safety regulations and quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular inspections identify and resolve issues proactively and maintain detailed project documentation.
  
• Foster a positive and productive work environment motivating and leading construction crews.
  
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential problems.
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• 515 years of experience in construction project management with a strong focus on industrial and commercial projects.
  
• Proven experience with tiltwall construction methods is a significant asset.
  
• Indepth knowledge of construction practices materials and building codes.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate delegate and inspire teams.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Primavera Procore).
  
• A Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field is required.
