Transaction Administrator (Procurement Operations SAP)

We are seeking three Transaction Administrators to join a global Purchase to Pay (P2P) Service Desk team for our client in the mining and metals industry. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to initiatives aimed at improving enduser experience and P2P service delivery. As members of this global and diverse team you will work across multiple geographies including direct collaboration with teams based in Gurgaon India.

12month contract.

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable queries via the ServiceNow platform within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Process and post invoices using SAP based on query details.
Ensure compliance with all AP process requirements.
Support regional queries related to Vendor Master and Expense Management.
Maintain clear and customerfocused communication with endusers.
Resolve escalations by understanding the endtoend P2P process and limiting stakeholder involvement.
Conduct root cause analysis on issues and propose sustainable solutions to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Collaborate with multiple teams to provide comprehensive solutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
Adhere to preestablished processes documentation and governance requirements for ticket management.
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Utilize strong process expertise to drive best practices.
Manage relationships and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Handle inbound customer queries via the concierge helpline ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Act as a single point of contact for endtoend P2P queries and assist endusers in P2P process familiarization.
Advocate for P2P service delivery model standards.
Take accountability for performance and understand the impact of behaviors and actions on others.

What you will need to succeed:

Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a strong asset.
24 years of experience in the P2P domain including Invoice Processing Vendor Payments and Reconciliation processes.
Experience with ServiceNow/RTTMS and SAP.
Background in customer experience enduser experience or customer satisfaction roles.
Proven experience in process standardization and implementation of best practices.
Process improvement mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work across organizational lines.
Selfdriven proactive resultoriented and structured approach.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to support different geographies by working various shifts.
Willingness to work in different time zones as per business requirements.
