Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the companys general affairs including facilities management office administration and vendor management.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors for purchasing office supplies and maintenance services.
- Oversee company property management including contract renewals asset addition or writeoff coordination with relevant departments.
- Supervise routine and nonroutine office purchases ensuring stock sufficiency and maintenance of office stationery workstations and other facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a General Affair role.
- Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin.
- Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access PowerPoint)..
