Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management:

    • Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
    • Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
    • Allocate resources and assign tasks to project team members.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  2. Digital Transformation Leadership:

    • Lead digital transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and efficiency improvements within the telecom sector.
    • Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions across the organization.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with senior executives stakeholders and clients to ensure project alignment with business needs.
    • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead crossfunctional project teams including technical and nontechnical members.
    • Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Resolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
  5. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage project risks ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices.
  6. Performance Measurement:

    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Measure project outcomes against defined objectives and KPIs.
    • Conduct postproject evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital transformation and telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering largescale complex projects within the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies trends and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA Trello).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g. CRM ERP cloud services).
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
