Our client is a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Project:You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Spanish speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks including answering questions resolving issues and providing support.
What you will be doing:

• Management of incoming calls and email
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech language (must be C1)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live in Athens Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1300 gross per 14 months
• Performance Bonus of: up to 250 gross per month
• Full time (40h/week) fixedterm Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
