Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Manage incoming requests via telephone email and chat logging details into our case management systems. Provide timely responses and resolutions within SLA standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by keeping customers updated on their status and resolution progress. Their satisfaction is our priority.

Customer Service: Deliver toptier customer service for postsales inquiries including issues related to delivery warranties and refunds.

Sales Support: Offer inbound sales support promoting our products to boost revenue while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales Goals: Meet quarterly sales targets ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the process.

Order Management: Log and track orders or requests capturing all necessary data in our CRM as required by clients policies and products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in French at a C2 level and English at a B2 level.
• Valid work documentation for Portugal.
• Availability to start on the 7th of August.
