Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Beauty Customer Service Representative will be:

• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and Complaints through different channels
• Providing excellent solution service product and beauty advice in a professional precise and timely manner
• Being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to related departments

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Exceptional communication skills a strong sense of empathy and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated customercentric approach problemsolving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in the German language with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
• English language level of B2
• Solid IT skills including the ability to efficiently utilize reporting tools for customer interactions.
• Willingness and availability to work flexible shifts
• Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge and handson experience with digital and social media platforms.
• Prior involvement in customer service roles is a plus.

• Working hours: full time (40h/week)

• Monday to Sunday 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner) on a rotational schedule (8:0020:00)

• Salary conditions (*) 2 options:

• Excluding accommodation:gross/month

• (*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
