Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify and source opportunities for bidding on projects or contracts in the market.
- Sales Prospecting: Proactively engage potential customers and leads, cultivating relationships to convert them into valuable clients.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of technical, sophisticated, comprehensive, and competitive bids or proposals.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and finance, to gather essential bid information.
- Deadline Management: Ensure timely bid submissions in compliance with client requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential bid-related risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Quality Control: Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all bidding activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the bidding process, addressing queries and providing additional information as needed.
- Post-Bid Analysis: Evaluate bid outcomes, analyzing both successful and unsuccessful bids to enhance future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Previous experience in a digital agency, preferably a website agency.
- 2-3 years of experience in proposal development and RFP response.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
