Accountant For USA Businesses

Summary

We have an opportunity for a US accountant with a total career experience of more than two years in financial and corporate accounting. We are currently seeking a fulltime Accountant for our USA Business.

• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements accounts and other financial data.
  

• Assist in the preparation of monthend and yearend financial statements.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial closing activities.
  

• Generate various financial reports to communicate financial performance to management.
  
• Provide analysis and explanations for variances in financial statements.
  

• Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations.
  
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and implement necessary updates.
  

• Collaborate with management in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  
• Provide insights into financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  

• Facilitate and support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and information.
  
• Address audit findings and implement recommendations.
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
  
• Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance operations and management to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  
• Experience in Quickbooks and Google Spreadsheets tools
  
• Fluent English communication
