You speak English and you have good knowledge in Operations Management We are recruiting English speakers Talent to Partner Success Account Manager in Lisbon Portugal !!

Your working day:

• Agreement Management of ASfP partners validating partner data confirming renewal or offboarding of ASfP contracts. Collaborate with ASfP PEGO team to complete the processes in a timely manner.
  
• Work across various groups for successful ASfP subscription entitlement
  
• End to End escalation/account management for issues raised by Partners:
  
• Deliver Reactive Escalation Management to help resolve critical issues more quickly and minimize the impact on partner s business.
  
• Perform necessary actions to meet expected support service levels.
  
• Coordinate with PEGO ISO team the monitoring and prioritization of partners ASfP technical support incidents.
  
• Account Planning: Assist partners with requests/ activities by leveraging available services and resources such as Cloud Consults Services Delivery Plan Cloud Optimization Report etc.
  
• Program Management: Support partners requests related to Microsoft programs by sharing initial guidance.
  
• Set appropriate expectations communicate effectively keep commitment and escalate in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate across organizations groups and functions at a global level.
  
• Adherence to operational policies procedures and guidelines ensuring high quality process execution and operational excellence.
  
• Demonstrate ASfP partner delivery excellence as evidenced through feedback and partner quality indicators.
  

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

• Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
  
• Operations Management experience
  
• Technical support experience
  
• Great communication
  
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal
