We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting a keen understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent. The IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing screening and hiring qualified candidates to meet our companys evolving technology needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms ensuring they are appealing and reach the right audience.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates technical skills cultural fit and career aspirations. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Employer Branding: Promote as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture values and career opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and team members.
- Technology Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) HR software and social media platforms for recruitment.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
